About ADFL
Developing playing & coaching from U16 and above
ADFL will work in partnership with players, managers, coaches & clubs. We will be as flexible as we can and strive for a sociable all abilities league. We believe the combination of younger adults and older experienced players will be key to a successful pathway. If needed , we can facilitate a staggered start to the season for new teams forming and we understand the new U23 will evolve over time and we are here to support.

ADFL History
The league began as the Aldershot Senior League, founded in 1894 for military teams and then introduced a civilian division of three teams in 1912–13. After WW I the league featured civilian, military and works teams. Today it consists solely of civilian teams.
