Hampshire FA have provided the leaflet below relating to Aviva Wellbeing Services which is available to all teams who have purchased Personal Accident insurance through the Club Portal.
All levels of the personal accident insurance include the wellbeing service and the leaflet gives details of the Aviva new fully enhanced wellbeing proposition which includes physical, financial and mental wellbeing add-ons such as gym discounts, dedicated counselling line and leaders’ mental health training.
